Chandler Knows the Importance of Community and Recreation Centers

Chandler has five facilities including the recently opened Environmental Education Center (EEC) at Veterans Oasis Park. The EEC has four classrooms and additional exhibit areas. EEC staff will work with educators to include activities that complement environmental science and art curriculum. There is the Chandler Community Center, the Chandler Senior Center with special programs, classes and events for seniors, the Snedigar Recreation Center and the Tumbleweed Rec Center. All of these centers have facilities that are available for reservation and rent for small parties and large events. Snedigar focuses on kids and teens with their programs. The teens especially appreciate the skate park.
