“YOUR THREAT OF FORECLOSURE MAY BE ONE CHECK AWAY!”

The threat of foreclosure is one check away. Sadly, this is becoming more common as the market continues to deal with decreasing sales, and increase in expenses, forces homeowners to re-evaluate their security in the American Dream. The growing number of layoffs due to poor sales, have ironically increased the number of foreclosures. What is ironic is that the foreclosures are the reasons for these poor sales. It isn’t news that the market is in a cycle that somewhat feeds itself, More income, more spending, secure home as a employee because of more sales. Fewer sales due to more foreclosures or increase in living expenses indirectly affect my security as a homeowner.

I have dealt with homeowner’s facing foreclosures for the past 2-3 years. It was in this journey did I find that home owners, are the most critical aspect of the economy. And yet, at one point there seemed to be home no hope for homeowners in this foreclosure crisis. I have heard hundreds of stories of homeowners whom have been scammed from the property they tried to save. By 2008, I think its safe to say we all have experience a moment of desperation. It doesn’t have to be our homes, but something we really cared about. And at that moment we seemed to depend on those whom claimed to help us through our ordeals. Its not gullibility or lack of knowledge that allows us to fall prey to scam artists, but yet our desire to be free from our ordeal, and scam artists whom spent years studying weaknesses.

After realizing I could never help all homeowners, I felt the need to broaden the services available to homeowners by allowing them to carefully navigate through their offers to make better decisions. Most homeowners receive countless letters and phone calls from individuals offering “assistance”. Don’t get me wrong, not all have the desire to mislead. However, most homeowners don’t read any letters, and the ones that do often read the one providing false hope.

So in March 2008, I decided to launch a website for homeowners (yes of course its free) in which local real estate agent (who want to assist them in selling) or investors whom which to purchase, bankruptcy attorneys whom which to provide legal (bankruptcy services) to these individuals, can provide a custom offer based on their situation. This would allow the homeowner to navigate through their offers and make better decisions in the process.

The website is www.homeleafs.com. We are relatively new, however you can read our News Story Here:

We are in a recession. Its time, that we stand together amongst this time, and help our fellow Americans through this ordeal.
Again, the website is www.homeleafs.com. Try US. We are in Beta, and its currently free.
