Some folks avoid for sale by owner condos simply because they prefer to go through a professional real estate agent. This is natural in a way. I think we feel that this is the prudent route when buying a home or condo. The agent is not attached to the home, and we get a true estimate of what it’s worth. On the other hand, you can’t knock people for wanting to do it themselves. It’s a lot of dough saved.
