Las Vegas Adds a School per month Amid Housing Boom

This is truely some exciting time for Las Vegas residents and government officials. Property tax revenue at Clark County, Nevada, home to Las Vegas has increased dramatically in the current housing boom, even after tax cap was introduced.

According to County Treasurer Laura Fitzpatrick, Clark County is currently building about one new school a month to accommodate rapid population growth.
